Why do we need to build a new building?
God is doing amazing things at C3! We have seen so many lives changed in the past nine years. Just since the beginning of the DREAM, 937 people have prayed to receive Christ and 621 people have joined the C3 Family. With our average weekend attendance at 2240 we are now in four services to offer more seats to those seeking a relationship with Christ. C3 has experienced over a 20% growth increase each year and we expect, with new housing and community development, that this will continue. To fulfill the mission God has given us, to provide "real hope for real people in a real world," we must expand our capacity and provide more seats for hurting people.

How will the additional space within the new facility be utilized?
The new construction will add 63,000 square feet of space and will consist of a 2,000-seat worship center, a coffee shop, a bookstore, and 12 new classrooms for preschool and children's ministry. After the addition is complete our total square footage will be 82,500.

What is the cost of the new facility?
The cost of new construction is estimated at $6.6 million with an additional $2 million for furniture & equipment.

How does fulfilling my pledge help with the financing of our facility?
The fulfilled pledges made towards the DREAM will reduce the amount we have to borrow at the end of construction. We have secured a construction loan for $7.5 million. However, our prayer is that this number would be largely reduced upon construction completion.

During the construction process, will our current programs be affected?
During this season, we may have to make some adjustments to our calendar but our vision will continue to be to provide "real hope, for real people, in a real world."

When can we occupy our new facility?
Construction is slightly ahead of schedule and we hope the new facility will be ready by Christmas, 2007.

How can I begin contributing to the DREAM?
Fill out and turn in your pledge card, give online, or indicate on your tithe envelope the amount to be given to the DREAM under Building Fund.
